Delivery Services
We ship FedEx ground unless expedited shipping is requested. Your order ships from Salem, MA within 2 business days. The number of days in transit depends on destination.

Hot Weather Shipping:
From June 15 - Sept 15, we use special hot weather packaging on ALL shipments. During this period, we do not ship on Fridays. We charge $5.00 as a portion of our costs for frozen packs and, when needed, insulated coolers. If necessary we ship in a reusable, recyclable polystyrene foam (EPS) chest with a frozen ice pack. No CFU's are used, therefore the production of the EPS chest does not harm the ozone layer.
Volume Discounts:
Volume discounts begin at $500.00 and are based on total chocolate purchased on a per order basis. Discounts do not apply to shipping costs.
