Delivery Services
We ship UPS. Your order will be shipped from Harbor Sweets, Salem, MA within 2 business days of receipt of your order. The arrival date will depend upon the number of shipping days required by UPS. Please provide a physical street address for each gift recipient, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Warm Weather Shipping Information
During hot weather, we do everything in our power to preserve the freshness and prevent melting of your chocolates during transit. $5.00 is added to shipping charges to help defray the costs for additional packaging. We ship Mon.-Thurs. only during the summer.
- June 1 - Sept. 15, a $5.00 charge will be added to your order
- Sept. 16 - May 31, no extra charge
Hot Weather States
If Ground shipping is not available during checkout, 2nd Day Air or faster shipping is required. Starting February 21st, 2023, orders shipped to FL, TX, AZ or CA will require 2nd day air or faster shipping due to time in transit and/or hot weather conditions. These packages will be shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week will be held until the following week.

We are unable to process orders for international delivery, via our website at this time. (Please note: US territories outside the continental US are considered international.)

Volume Discounts:
Volume discounts are calculated on chocolate purchases over $500.00 per order. Discounts do not apply to shipping costs.
