- 1 ounce Harbor Sweets Sea Salt Caramel Sauce
- 1.5 ounce vanilla vodka
- 2 ounce Irish cream liquer
- Harbor Sweets' Salt & Ayre - Salted Caramels for garnish
Rim the cocktail glass by rolling the rim in a shallow dish of caramel sauce. Immediately place the glass in the freezer so the caramel sets up while you mix the drink. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the vanilla vodka, Irish cream, and 1 ounce of caramel sauce. Shake well. Remove glass from freezer and strain the drink into it. Garnish with Salt & Ayre Salted Caramel. Serve and enjoy!
