- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cup mini pretzels, crushed slightly
- 1/3 cup Harbor Sweets Sea Salt Caramel Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 8x8 inch pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper, butter or spray with cooking spray. Melt butter, allow to cool slightly. Add egg, brown sugar, vanilla and whisk vigorously to combine. Add flour, stir until just combined. Fold in pretzels. Pour batter into prepared pan, smooth lightly with spatula. Drizzle with 1/3 cup of Harbor Sweets Salted Caramel Sauce. Bake for 28 - 32 minutes, until center is just set. A toothpick should come out mostly clean. Don't over bake, the blondies will be gooey and will firm up as they cool. Immediately after removing from oven, drizzle about a 1/4 cup of salted caramel sauce over the top in a zigzag pattern. Allow blondies to cool completely in pan.
