Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cup Harbor Sweets Sweet Sloops Ice Cream Toppings
Directions:
Whisk together the flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl and set aside. In a saucepan, beat together the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, and beat in eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Beat at a low speed until combined. Gently mix in Sweet Sloops Ice Cream Toppings. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto parchment-lined cookie sheets, placing them three inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes, or until edges are slightly browned. Let cookies cool on cookie sheets for 3 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
