HARBOR SWEETS ORDERING INFORMATION

NEW CUSTOMERS:

A minimum "opening order" of $250.00 is required of all NEW wholesale customers. We require payment by credit card on all first orders.

NO MINIMUM ORDER:

We have a no minimum reorder policy. With the exception of Cocoa Santwe sell in individual units rather than case lots so you can build an order that suits your needs.

TERMS:

Cash/Net due upon receipt of invoice

PAYMENTS:

Your invoice will be sent the day your order is shipped. Invoices include applicable shipping charges. Please let us know if you prefer to receive your invoice by mail or email. Credit Card payments are accepted.

FRESHNESS:

Harbor Sweets chocolates are made from all natural products and keep well at normal room temperature. Products have a freshness date clearly marked on labels.

Our "no Minimum Reorder" policy and two day order turnaround allow you to provide your customers with the freshest possible chocolates. Please Do Not use outdated chocolates for customer samples.

SHIPPING:

Orders ship UPS Ground, prepaid FOB Salem, MA within two business days after receipt of your order.

DROP SHIPPING:

For orders shipping to addresses other than the business address, we charge an additional $2.50 per address.

HOT WEATHER SHIPPING

During hot weather, we ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to destinations that require 2 transit days. We do not ship on Fridays. From June 1 through September 15 and all other times as deemed necessary by our Shipping Department, we add $10.00 per shipping carton shipping to wholesale customers. Please see the table below for details.

Customers who do not wish to incur shipping charges or additional Hot Weather charges are welcome to pick up orders at our Salem, MA factory. Orders will be ready to pick up within 2 business days after receipt of your order.
